I dont think they can tell from CD3 blood work... I go for a progesterone level blood test about a week after I ovulate. Ask for a progesterone level around CD21

Actually I think they can tell from CD 3 bloodwork based on your estrogen level. And ask your Dr. to do the full day 3 workup while they're at it. Good luck!
eta: do you mean your regular doctor like an internist? Or an ob/gyn. I don't know if internists would know what to do for day 3 testing.

One of the most common reasons for not ovulating is PCOS. Are your periods "normal?" You do need CD 3 BW to dteremine this along with ultrasound and possibly a fasting glucose tolerance test. This is a relativeley easy fertility issue and many of the girls on here that have this are pregnant or had their babies already

What time of the day are you using them? You could miss your surge, In all honesty, it doesnt sound like you didnt ovulate, it jsut sounds like bad tests or bad timing for taking the tests.
Especially if you have normal periods and got PG on the first try les sthen 2 yrs ago.
Try again this month and just have patience
