Can anyone tell me about East Rockaway?
Looking at some houses online. The area seems nice....any pros/cons?

I lived there for a year in an apt, now have a house in the town next door. I have friends who live there and have grown up there. They don't have any complains and neither do I!
Like most towns, some areas of E. Rockaway are nicer than others.l

I loved East Rockaway.
If you can get a house in the Lynbrook School District that is a big plus!
I lived there and in Lynbrook. It is between Oceanside and Lybrook. LIRR is the Long Beach Line.

East Rockaway is nice. We saw some houses in there and they were cute capes.

East Rockaway Awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Some of the areas on the canals may have some flooding
But its great SD and little town
