Can anyone recommend their yellow paint? Not gold
For a childs room. I'd like a yellow - not too primary, not too pastel. Anyone have any color names or pics to share? TIA

I used Ralph Lauren surfboard yellow in my kitchen.
It's bright, but not painfully. I love it. I think I may have a picture- gimme a sec.

We used BM Hawthorne Yellow in our guest bedroom. Everyone who sees it loves it.

I have Behr's Havana Cream in my bedroom...its a nice creamy color...almost yellow but not quite. I'll take some pics...

I'm probably going to do pink and yellow in Sarah's room. I'm leaning towards BM Lemon Meringue (2023-50) and Dog's Ear (2076-60). It's kind of a bright yellow, but I wanted something really cheerful.

I'm probably going to do pink and yellow in Sarah's room. I'm leaning towards BM Lemon Meringue (2023-50) and Dog's Ear (2076-60). It's kind of a bright yellow, but I wanted something really cheerful.
What are your plans? Do share... Those are the colors Im doing my DD's room in. I'm going to check out your colors

Nothing too creative, I'm thinking pink on the top, yellow on the bottom and the wallpaper border in the middle.
But I'm also considering leaving the room light blue and have a muralist do flowers & butterflies and all that jazz.
I wish I could make up my mind. Sarah really wants pink walls, I'm not sure I do.

We used BM Cornsilk - it's one of the Pottery Barn colors. Nice yellow color, not too bright and not gold. Love it!

BM Philadelphia Cream
We just did the nursery in this color.
Also recommend BM Adams Gold .. more of a creamy pale yellowy beige ... definitely NOT gold at all.

If I remember correctly, I think the yellow in my spare bedroom is Lemon Meringue. Almost all of the paint in my house is named after a food or a place

I was going to do pink on the bottom and yellow on top but now I might switch, Im not sure. I am going to put a chair rail in the middle. My DD had a border in her room before at chair rail height and she pulled it down  I was so p issed but what can you do with small kids, serves me right for putting it where she could get it (and knowing that she can be a stinkpot like that) Hopefully that's just at my insane house....
She wants her room pink & purple but we just got rid of lavender walls so I am doing it with the yellow.
Have you purchased the sample of the Dogs Ear? I am afraid of getting something Pepto Bismal colored with a darker pink.

Have you purchased the sample of the Dogs Ear? I am afraid of getting something Pepto Bismal colored with a darker pink.
I did get a sample, and of the lemon meringue. I still have about half left in both, do you want them? It's pretty pink, but I was trying to get something that went with the border.
I wish I could just hire someone to decide for me!
