Can anyone recommend a photo studio?

As a Christmas present for my 83 year old grandmother, the family thought it would be nice to have a family portrait taken after the holidays.

It would include 10 adults and 2 children.

Can anyone recommend a place that would take a large family picture like this?

TIA!! Chat Icon

Try Hi-Tech photo in Plainview. I've never done studio work there but they've processed thousands of photos for me over the years.

Honestly, I think anywhere would do it. We had 6 little kids in a photo at Target.

I used to work at Sears portrait studio, and we would do large groups like that.

What about Patken - they have a nice setup in their Lindenhurst studio...not sure if it would be too expensive though

I worked Garden City on 2001-2002.

They asked me sub at Commack during the holidays. I was like "umm..no thanks!"

When I worked there we were so understaffed, I was doing a million things at a time and was basically the assistant manager, even though they didn't pay me for that. It was a fun job though.

We did the same thing for my grandmother when she turned 80 and we got great shots at Picture People in the Smithaven Mall.

It wasn't pricey (split among 5 people) and the pictures came out great.

Depends on how you want to go. I know some families do the casual look w/ everyone in jeans & a certain color top/polo and no shoes.

That's so funny. I was discussing this with my aunt and my mom and we were trying to figure out what we all own. Being an Italian family, you know we ALL have black...but we didn't want it to look all funeral-like. So I think we decided on black shirts with denim jeans/ skirts...whatev.
It's going to be hysterical because my family is crazy. God bless that photographer!!
Ever see the Everyone Loves Raymond episode with the family photo shoot?
