We met him on the Fourth of July when he was on call & Maddie needed to be admitted to the hospital. If you do a search you can see my raves about him. He called on his days off to check on Maddie's status, answered every question openly re: research, etc. I love his bedside manner with my kids. They have morning walk-in hours, allowing me to get the kids checked in the am before work (well before my train). Also I've been able to get RXs for pink eye over the phone (eliminating co-pay for the visit) and the faxed over immunization paperwork immediately with a phone call when I needed it last minute.
