Can anyone recommend a good OTC sinus medication?

Ever since they changed the ingredients in Tylenol Sinus, it just does not work as well. Does anyone know of a better sinus medication that is over the counter?

Mucinex! I had a coworker who had severe sinus problems and she said everytime she felt a flare up she would take Mucinex and she would be better within a day or two.

hi. i swear by apple cider vinegar.

it has cleared my allergies and i havent had a sinus infection in over a year since i started using it.

you can buy it at any health food store (i get vitamin shoppe brand). wherever you go, get the raw organic kind.


i take one or two tablespoons in cold water and down it as fast as i can. its not the greatest taste, something you have to become accustomed to. however is really works and is natural and has many great health benefits.

i heard about first at earthclinic.com when i got a severe sinus infection and di not want to go back on antibiotics.

its worth it. i'd give it a shot!!

i still use it, pretty much daily. maybe once or twice a day. some days i take off.
