Can anyone reccomend a good custody/family lawyer that is not astronomically expensive?
My ex and I are basically divorced already and are having disputes over custody and where my son is going to live and go to school, eventhough according to my divorce agreement my son's main residence is with me but we have joint custody. (we went through a mediator)
I am tired of him bullying me and making me give in to all of HIS wants and HIS needs and I always have to settle...I want a court to decide once and for all so that he can stop his BS.
We just bought a house though and are paying for our wedding in 2.5mos all by ourselves and money is a bit tight right now but I need a lawyer that is good just not astronomical (if such an animal exists)
Any suggestions?

I would call the Nassau County Bar Association and they will refer you to a family law attorney.
