Try Kohl's- her line is there and I think she has some dresses similar to this.
Maybe Modcloth, too.

Can anyone help me find this dress or one like it
Thanks ladies, you are great! Does anyone know how Modcloth sizing runs. I am really big chested so with some of the closed top dresses I have to be careful.

IMO Modcloth dresses run small and insanely short. I'm 5'4" and have had issues with the length. I've also read many comments on their site saying that the chest area runs very small.

Yeah it really depends- sometimes they run perfectly, sometimes small, sometimes large. Since it's all different designers, it makes sense. I swear by the comments. In fact, I'm hesitant to buy something from there if it doesn't have any size guidance in the comments. Fortunately most mod-shoppers are really good about posting very specifically about their measurements and any problems they had with the clothes.
ETA: And worst case scenario you need to return or exchange, I find Modcloth to have fantastic customer service. They were sold out of a dress and weren't restocking by the time I needed it so they helped me find it somewhere else. Now THAT'S customer service!
