St. Lukes in Farmingdale has a 1/2 day day camp program for potty trained 3 year olds.

Dilly Dally in Farmingdale has 1/2 day, full day and mini session.
Also, the town has a summer camp at Marjorie Post park. It's 1/2 day or full day too but...you have to pick up between the 2 sessions for full day.

I'm not sure if you are further South, but Jack's school is in Farmingdale (about 5 minutes from N. Mass)

Grace Day School is running a camp for 3 year olds. Also my friend sends her daughter to Twin Oaks in Freeport and loves it.
