Calling all CLomid Girls!!
OK so i know i posted on IF board but im a loser and cant figure out cross posts. so short and sweet. Im on clomid today is day 5 (last day) i have noticed last 2 days MORE SO TODAY ALOT of CM is this normal. i feel like i have some o pains to the point i actually peed on an OPK stick. NEg. of course. I am only on CD7 is this normal. Does clomid make you O early. I already Ovulated on my own. I dont want to miss it. I supposed to have my HSG first then we will do IUI so i just want to make sure i am in the game still. I have Sono next wed. to check everything. i do feel some bloating as well.

I don't think Clomid makes you O sooner, but have heard it may take longer. For me I O'd right on time. If it is CD7 for you, you probably have some time.

From what i remember you take it days 1-5 and then BD days 10-17 so those would be the O days so my guess is thats why youre getting CM

Typically you take Clomid either CD3-7 or CD5-9. You need to have your CD3 bloodwork done before you can begin Clomid. When I first started Clomid last year with my OB she said I should see a +OPK about 10 days after the 1st pill, which would either be CD13 or CD15 depending on when you take your Clomid. That's not 100% garanteed you will get your surge those days, I'm proof of that, but I would start using your OPKs on CD10. I imagine you are being monitored by your dr to check your progress?

i took it on days 5-9
I "O'd" on Day20
i had lots of EWCM; i know people said that it had the reverse effect on them but I did not experience that

Clomid made me O early. I O on my own on CD14'ish. On clomid I O'd the first month on CD11. AFter that it became CD12 or 13. I also took it from CD3-7. Then I would go back for sono and b/w on CD10. Then monitoring with OPK's.
Also, Clomid usually dries up CM. That is why some people who do timed I/C will use something like pre-seed. Though not everyone dries up. I would call your RE and maybe get in for a look. I'm sure you didn't miss it. It's only your last pill day and it's really early still.

also i took evening primrose oil capsules so maybe that added to my abundance of EWCM - try it!
