Buying my first home!!
I am new to this site. I am in the middle of buying my first home and it already stressful. Our offer was accepted and we had the engineer. We are waiting to see the contract draft!

We are moving into a kind of small cape and I really want to dormer. The problem is once we move in, we will have no money!! How do people get 250K or 150K to dormer. It seems impossible!!!
