Burgular Alarm Systems
Anyone use or have used Slomins......
I was thinking of them.
If so, did you get wireless or wired.
motion detectors, and/or window glass
break detectors.

We have First ALert and its a wireless system, we each have remotes to shut off the alarm or turn it on rather than using the keypad. We really like it

Slomins...
I think all of their systems are hard wired but I could be wrong.
The basic system comes with one motion detector, one key pad and three doors (front/back/basement).
We negotiated more out of them for the same price.
I pretended that I really wasn't interested and drove a hard bargain. The salesman really wanted a sale so my "stubborness"  paid off.
I think we were quoted a $100 a window.

my parents have a slomin's alarm for many years now. it's wired. they've never has any issues and when the touchpad needed to be replaced (it was really worn) they did it at no cost.
eta: they have 3 motion sensors and all the doors leading into the house are wired.

we have slomins and so do my parents and my aunt/uncle.
They do have a wireless system.

We have slomins. I honestly have no idea if it is wired or wireless!
We have the front door and attic door armed (we live in a condo so no back door, but an intruder can enter via the attic). We also have motion sensors covering the entire first floor.
