BTDT moms - Diaper Bag Essentials?

I want to start preparing my diaper bag and don't know what I need.

Obviously, diapers, wipes, extra outfit but what else? I feel like everyone always has an overstuffed bag meanwhile my bag is practically empty. What else would I need? BTW, if it changes anything, I will be EBF.

Pacifier- if you will use one
Tylenol
Hand sanitizer
A few toys
Changing pad

I posted this about 2 months ago for someone else but here's what I have (I formula feed, but not by choice, but anyway...):

Our diaper bag for our 3-month-old has:

-diapers (in the pampers diaper pouch I got when I registered)
-wipes
-a&d ointment
-aveeno diaper rash cream
-changing pad (came with bag)
-diaper disposal bags (clips on)
-pacifier pouch (clips on)
-hand sanitizer (clips on)
-toy (DD loves the baby einstein music player toy -- it's like $5 but keeps her entertained for hours!)
-wubbanub pacifier
-burp cloth
-blanket (I always take an extra aden & anais blanket with us, but sometimes I drape it over her car seat)
-change of clothes in a ziploc bag (with 2 onesies and a sleep & play)
-extra empty ziploc bags to put wet/dirty clothes in
-bottle (i usually pre-fill it with water for one feeding)
-formula (i have the 4 oz pouches, but also one of those containers you can pre-measure for more than one feeding)
-mylicon (or store brand gas drops)
-coupons
Today I got a giant clip for clipping the diaper bag on a table or stroller or hanging it from a shopping cart. I had one for my purse, so I'm happy to have one for my diaper bag that's way bigger now.

Wow, it sounds like I take the world with me lol but it all fits. I have a vera bradley diaper bag (it came with a changing pad and is all washable). I have a matching wallet so I keep that in there too.

in addition to the above:
mylicon (gas drops)
blue diaper disposal bags
a bottle of water
bottle and a single serving pack of formula (I EBF, but you still never know - especially if dad or grandma has the baby)
pen and pad (to write down what ped says)
I kept my vaccination/check up book in the diaper bag in a zip lock

My diaper bag consists of:

A change of clothes.
Bib.
Formula.
Bottle with water already set up for formula.
Jar of baby food.
Diapers.
Changing pad.
Wipes.
Scented bags for dirty diapers.
Two of ds's favorite toys.
Puff's.
My wallet.

My bag always had:

For DD:
3-4 diapers
wipes
bordeux's butt paste
those arm & hammer smell-good poop bags
2 bottles of water and some travel Enfamil formula(DD wouldn't BF)
infant Motrin (just in case)
extra outfit
as she got older, a few toys and Puffs

For me:
my wallet
sunglasses
small travel hairbrush
excedrin
