BRU registry returns

Just wondering what your experiences have been with returning items that were purchased from your BRU registry.

If someone gives a gift from your registry, but no gift receipt, what happens? Do you get a store credit/giftcard?

I just want to know what to expect if I get things that it turns out I don't really need, or if i get doubles or something.

We were told we needed the gift receipt.

I did return things that were bought off the registry with no receipt. Got store credit...

I had no issues with anything. I returned most of my items with no recipts and had no issues. They took every item back except one that there store does not sell.

If you dont have a reciept- as long as u have the item on your registry (and its marked as purchased) they let you return anything and will give you a store credit . If you need to return something you dont have a reciept for just add it to your registry online or in the store, then mark it as bought (sign into your accont online and you can do that) and they will take it back to.
