Bringing your baby home - baby care items
So we have all the furniture, gadgets, etc....but what else do you need at home when you bring home your baby? I'm blanking....I can only think of
Diapers
Wipes
lotions
ointments
What else?

Rubbing alcohol or those alcohol prep pads for the cord
Nasal Aspirator

ETA: Baby nail clippers/nail file. Their nails are sharp!

A&D for a boy - for circumsicion (if he has one)
Cool mist humidifier should have in the house

this is my list of things i will have in the house before the baby comes home:
Diapers
wipes
diaper rash ointment
infant tylenol & motrin
benadryl
calamine lotion
vasoline
lotions
bath wash
aquafor

i would also have cotton balls and qtips on hand - they make thicker q-tips for babies. i used those a lot before we could give DS a real bath.
