Brick vs siding
My neighbor has a gorgeous brick ranch and they are now siding it.
I don't think they are taking the bricks off, just putting siding over it.
I would never think to do that.
I just think it's strange.

Unless the brick is in terrible shape, I would never do that. I prefer brick over everything.

I personally hate the look of brick, but I'm not sure if I would side over it. Is the whole house brick? If so, then I probably would....
The funny thing is, even though I really don't like brick, I LOVE the stone look on my house. It's almost a brick look.... go figure...

I'd NEVER do that!! OMG that's like a sin in my family LOL
I can see siding a dormer, but not to put it over the brick on a house! They'd be better off getting it re-pointed!
