breastfeeding and pumping question?
I am EBF and am going back to work at the end of March. I want to start building a good freezer milk supply now. I have pumped a few days early in the morning right after his first feeding of the day and sometimes at night if my DH gives him a bottle which is very rare. Is this good to do? Should I add another pumping session in the middle of the day? Any suggestions will be welcome. TIA

What I did was start nursing one breast, pumped the other and then switched breasts for the next feeding. It doubled my milk supply.
I remember those days of being greedy with my milk. I would yell at DH if he "wasted a bottle".

Since you have til the end of March I think once in the morning and once at night should be sufficient enough. You should have a nice supply by March if you continue to do that.
