My sister just had it done at a salon in Cold Spring Harbor. I believe she paid $350. I can't recall the name of the salon though. 
She has also done the treatment at Maximus in Westbury.

My mom works at Domani's in Woodbury. They do it there. I have had it done and am planning on doing it again sometime in June. I'm not sure how much they charge though because my mother does it for me at home. It's a great salon though so worth giving them a call.
