Bought the new family car this weekend...
We ended up getting the 2008 Jeep Commander in Black with Khaki interior. It's also got the moonroof and second row of skylights, sirus satellite radio and remote start. We pick it up Saturday  . There were so many nice cars to choose from out there... I hope I'm happy with my choice.

Thanks!! Yeah this was a little bit earlier then I expected. I expected to shop around for several weekends before deciding on one because we really don't need it this soon. But I forgot who I'm dealing with here... my DH hates shopping of ANY sorts including car shopping too.  We only went looking one other weekend prior and he said to me after we bought it on Saturday "I'm just SO glad we don't have to go car shopping tomorrow".
I, on the other hand, like to look around thoroughly and be very sure about my decision... oh well!

We rented one in Disney this past December and were really impressed with it. At times it was my DH, myself, a carseat(with DD) and my 2 parents in the back and we were all comfortable

Congrats! I got a Jeep Liberty last year and I love it. Think I may be a Jeep owner for a long, long time. Good luck w/ your new ride!

That's what we're going to get in 2 weeks!!!
I've always had jeeps but right now i have the jeep sport, so i need something bigger. So we're going to go shopping for the commander in 2 weeks. Can't wait!!

I just ordered mine last week. I pick it up tonight! So excited!!!
My DH isn't allowed near it after seeing how he keeps our other car! The baby will probably be better than him. Hahaha!

Thanks everyone! Although, I just found out that they can't locate one with the colors and options I want.  We were supposed to pick it up on Saturday. They searched a 150 mile radius and can't locate one. So now my options are to pick a different one, Order one which takes 6-8 weeks, or scratch the whole deal and start my car search all over again. I'm not sure what to do?
I guess I can order one but I feel like I will be cutting it close to my due date. It would arrive 2 weeks before EDD. What if I go early??? Decisions, decisions!! I also wanted to have the car seat installed a few weeks early so it was done properly and not rushed just in case of an early arrival.
