Booking trip to Disney

Did you book it yourself through their site, go to a travel agent or other???

How do I find out about prices during the week we want to go? Discounts?

If you look at Disney's website, under Parks & Travel you'll see Disney's special offers. We booked reservations thru there.

We are booking it ourselves because we have a timeshare.

we had rec'd an email with a promo going on at the time, but after pricing out various options, we found the best price through southwestvacations.com.

We booked through Disney website. Under "special offers". They had 40% off their luxury hotels last year in the Spring.

I booked through Disney. If you call them they can tell you if they have any specials.

You need ask specifically or they won't tell you on the phone if they have specials.

Re: Booking trip to Disney

Several years ago, I used a Disney specialist travel agent. Once they had the dates, hotel preferences and other pertinent information they were able to make the reservations and keep on top of all the specials that came out between the original time of booking and the vacation. I know I wouldn't be able to keep on top of all of them and ended up with a better room and an extra day for less money then I got when I priced through Disney myself.
