The day before I went into labor I woke up feeling really lousy - almost flu-like. I was very crampy and just "off".

I lost my mucus plug over the course of 3 days. And contractions that were around for longer stretches of time.

I also lost my mucous plug...thanks to my doctor...a few days earlier. But I didn't have any contractions until the morning my water broke. Also, my whole body felt sore and crampy...I guess flu-like.
