Birth Plan?
Websites keep mentioning to start getting a birth plan together. What exactly is this? Did you do one?

Just have in mind or actually write down your plans for pain management, that is the easist way to think of it. I never went into labor with a plan since anything can happen and I hate to put limits on my options. I think it;s smart for someone who is absolutely against epidurals, inductions, etc.

I didnt have a plan. Just made sure there were basic things, like I brought a radio and CD to play during the delivery. Let the doctors know I wanted an epidural right away.
