BFing Moms Question about supply?
Did anyone start to lose their supply around 8 months yet DC was not drinking much less? I just want to know how I can increase my supply.

I'm not there yet but I would start with adding a pumping session and/or Mother's Milk tea. HTH.

I did. Fennel Tea, eating more, drinking more helped increase it.
Don't make yourself crazy about it like I did.

I think it went down alittle but my body adjusted. She also eats 3 meals a day and nurses 3 times sometimes 4 so I don't expect to have the same supply.

I started having less supply around 5 mos (when I returned to work). Ask your dr. but FenuGreek is supposed to help.

I'm going through this right now...DD is almost 9 months & lately my supply has been down. I started taking the fenugreek again today & have been having oatmeal for breakfast.
