BF moms: sleeping through the night

What do you do if DC sleeps through the night and you BF? DD is just starting to do that...knock on wood! I had to pump at around 2:30 last night because I was SO full that it was painful. I know my supply will eventually adjust, but in the mean time should I keep getting myself up or wait till morning? The other night my breast pad had shifted and I soaked my shirt and it went through to the sheets!! Chat Icon

Before 8 weeks I pumped (since I wanted to build a large supply) after 8 weeks I slept!

I would pump 2-3 hours after her last feeding. She would usually nurse to sleep at about 6/7...so at 10pm I would pump...that way I wasn't too full in the morning. Eventually my supply just evened itself out fro her not nursing throughout the night and I didn't have to pump at 10.
