Ok, I now know that I should be taking 800mg of Folic Acid not just 400mg, DHA doesn't hurt, can only help and B-complex can help your LP.

Well, my question now is that I'm now going to switch prenatals, possibly supplementing with DHA and switching to a B-complex instead of just a B-6, my doctor mentioned a B-complex, told her I've been taking 200mg of B-6 and I don't think it's helped with my LP. If I take a B-complex it has 400 mg of Folic Acid in it. So if I switch to a prenatal that has 800mg and I take a B-complex with 400mg of Folic Acid in it, that's making me have 1200mg of Folic Acid a day? Isn't that waaaay too much?
