Best prices on kitchen appliances?
What store do you feel has the best prices on kitchen appliances? Home Depot? Lowes? PC Richard? Best Buy? Somewhere else??

I always shop at those stores, write down prices and what models go with those prices... And then I shop it to a store like Two Guys Appliances, for example. They are in Centereach but there are other places like them: Plessers in Babylon or Harry's in Brooklyn, to name a couple.
What happens is they beat any price that you get at the big stores... My parents bought a kitchen package from Harry's, my sister bought her kitchen package from Two Guys, and DH and I bought ours from Two Guys as well as a washer/dryer.
You have to do a little bit of foot work but it pays off big time. Between all of us, depending on the brand, we saved anywhere from hundreds to thousands - my parents saved the most because they went high end and there was a bigger mark-up on them.
Just bring a pad and pen -- and try not to advertise to the big stores what you are doing lol :) and make sure you compare apples to apples -- if you see one fridge at Home Depot for $1,200 write the make/model so when you go to say Two Guys, they give you a correct comparison. Hope that helps! :)

PC Richards. The customer service is amazing there too. I won't buy an appliance anywhere else. Buy when they have a big holiday sale if you can wait...

What I did was shop around and best buy beat the best price that I got. Plus you get the deferred financing, same as cash deal for 18 months.

Best prices on kitchen appliances?
Jay's appliances in Levittown. They treated us so nice after Sandy. A lot of people in my neighborhood traveled there after Sandy because they gave the best prices and delivered the appliances quickly. No compliants.
