Best cheap crib?

My MIL wants to buy a crib for her house... what's the best bang for the buck?

Re: Best cheap crib?

The ikea cribs are supposed to be really good. A friend of mine got one and is happy with it.

Re: Best cheap crib?

do you know what the deal is with putting them together? I'd hate to end up with a missing screw or dowel, as is always the case with Ikea furniture, on a crib.

target does have cheaper cribs..also walmart but honestly check it out first..we thought we would just get one cheaper crib for the twins to share until we move and they get a much bigger room that can fit 2 cribs....we went to look and honestly they really all felt cheap and flimsy to me..also i know this doesnt really matter for a grandma crib but the finishes just looked so cheesy and overly fake to me....JMO...we ended up getting a davinci....and got 2 anyway LOL..these boys are spoiled!

Not sure, but I know my friend had no issues. I also know it was very highly rated in baby bargains.
