Behr's baby/child furniture
Hey all, has anyone gotten baby or toddler furniture from here? Just curious about your experience and the quality of the stuff you got?

My sister got her kids furniture from there, its beautiful stuff, but she said the delivery was horrible, they weren't on time, and some stuff was damaged and had to go back, she is still waiting for some pieces to come in, never again she said.

I got Munire furniture from them. I sent the set back once because of damages. I am extremely pleased with the quality of our furniture. They did wind up taking off $$ for inconvenience....

I had a bad experience with them. I ordered my furniture in February (baby was due in June) and found out 2 weeks before the baby came that it was all on backorder. And that was only after I called asking where my furniture was. They gave me loaner furniture until mine came, but I definitely didn't need the stress at that point. The furniture itself is beautiful!

I also ordered Munire furniture. I love it and had no problems at all. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Actually, it came in so early I wasn't ready for it so they held it for me.

I also got my Munire set from there. Love the furniture, hate Behrs. One piece was on backorder for a really long time and they were very unhelpful and downright rude about it. They really have poor customer service. I should add that I had a problem with the ottoman to my glider and they came and fixed it and that was pretty painless.

I ordered my son's baby furniture their and had no problem whats so ever and actually it came in a month early but I didnt accept delivery for a month.

I used Behrs and was 100% happy and would buy from them again. I had a small tear in the mattress and it was quickly replaced. Also I found the mfg of my furniture went out of business about a year later of so and they helped me track down the few additional pieces I wanted to complete my set (I didn't order toddler rails or a nightstand initially). Most of my pieces came early and they held it until I was ready. One piece was on backorder - but not their fault but it was deliever before baby was born about 2 weeks after they expected it to be in stock.
I bought Ragazzi furniture and it is very high quality - I am sure the brand you buy there will depend on the quality or the furniture.
