When does the dr usually start you on the BCP? I got AF yesterday

You should have an appt. for cycle day 3 bloodwork tomorrow, right? If not call them right now.
Did you and your doctor agree that you wuld be doing an IVF round? If so, then when you call tell them that so you definitely see the doctor. They will prescribe BCP's for you tomorrow.

I started mine after the CD 3 bloodwork came back okay.
I'm on my 4th day of them.

You probably won't have to have CD3 blood work -- high FSH is not going to change overnight so my Dr. at least sees no reason to run the tests again.
