bad gas pains
I've been feeling these really bad gas pains in my abdomen. They are so painful. Is it normal?

OMG- these have been my WORST pregnancy symptom. GasX is totally fine to use!

I'm just completing my 6 weeks and it's the first time with gas pains. It's 3 am and i can't sleep. It's just awful, feel like crying.
