I bought mine already...keeping them on hand in case some gifts come prior to the shower.
I bought some cute ones at BJ's believe it or not...comes in a pack of 20.
And they were 50% off.

I am sure you can get some cute ones at Target.
My friend who gave me my baby shower purchased thank you's for me and included all the mailing labels, etc
