Baby Shower locations in LI or Queens
Looking for places for around 45 (50 tops) people for a baby shower for my SIL. Some of the places we are going to look into are Matteo's (on Crossbay Blvd.), Cafe on the Green and Chadwicks in Rockville Center.
Any suggestions???

We would LOVE to have it at Roma View but I think you have to guarantee 50 people. We had her Bridal Shower at Abbracimentos so I think we want some place different (thats my fav. restaurant though )

I recommend Davenport Press in Mineola and The Inn at New Hyde Park (used to be called the NHP Inn). The Inn just had major renovations done and it's beautiful inside. We had my mom's 60th bday party there and the food and service were outstanding - I highly recommend it. Plus, it's right on Jericho Tpke - not to far from the Cross Island Pkwy so it's convenient to get to from Queens and LI.

Mine was at Peppercorn's in Hicksville. It was great b/c it's within walking distance of the LIRR so my cousins from Brooklyn were able to get there easily.

I had my rehearsal dinner there and I loved it!!! We just went a few weeks for dinner and the food is fab.

I had my sister's bridal shower there in Nov and it was fantastic!!! They have such a nice shower menu and the place was beautiful. I loved working with them and everything turned out fab.

I've only been ther once but there was a shower going on when I was there.
Edited to add: Also I had my bridal shower at the Milleridge Inn, I thought they did a great job.

Joe Abbracciamento's. Great place for shower, they can accomodate any size. I have been to over 20 events there in my lifetime. Love their food.
