Baby Plus Prenatal Learning system

Anyone get this? I'm very very curious and just may have to buy one....even though it is $150.

We have been seriously considering it for a few months, DH is reading The Expectant Father, which discusses it for like 2 pages. I think we're gonna buy it- we need to decide soon- you're supposed to start w/it @ 18 wks & I'm 19.

I don't get it either. Frankly, I think a lot of these pricey early learning systems are a scam. None of these companies have truly reputable organizations that verify their claimed results.

Just sing or talk to your baby while he/she is in the womb, and you would get the same results IMO. You can also start reading books now if you want. Babies in the womb would not start picking up vocabulary, but they would learn to recognize the sound of your voice and DHs, and the songs may soothe him/her.

Totally agree-my baby loves when I play music to him.

I know, I sorta feel like a "sucker" getting this but some of the reviews on Amazon.com are pretty convincing.

Re: Baby Plus Prenatal Learning system - update

I still haven't purchased it, but found this very interesting review on the blog below. (In case any one else is interested)
