I would call your ped about that.....I am pretty sure that you would need to wait until around a year or so....We have some in the house in case of a food allergy or something but have never used it

You can give Benadryl at any age. My DD's first dose was at 6 months.
You can only buy Childrens Benadryl, so I would make a call to your ped to find out the right dosage.

You will only find Children's Benadryl. They don't make an infant version.

I gave it to DD at 5 months old at the advice of her ped. She had bronchiolitis and he had me give it to her to make her more comfortable so that she would eat and drink.

Our doc said to keep it around in case of a severe reaction to the new foods we are trying out. You should probably check about dosage with your doctor.
I'd rather not use it, but it's good to have around just in casel.
