Awesome birthing class yesterday

Dh and I went to birthing class yesterday. I didn't know how I would feel going into it because as I've posted before I am afraid of labor. I have to say that after going to the class I feel so much better now about the whole labor experience. She taught us about breathing, aromatherapy, massage, etc. anything to deal with the pain in early labor. I feel so much more in control of the labor process now. I highly recommend a birthing class, especially this one for anyone who is feaful of the whole process.

I agree - I went last week to one in Smithtown by Kristen Thayer - it was great! I felt so much better when we were done because I got all my questions answered and she even answered questions I didn't know I had! So worth it to go!!
