Are you still suppossed to let them have milk with diarrhea?
I've been giving Roman milk and pedialyte because it's mainly the only things he'll ingest. Is milk a no-no?

I'd hold up on the milk for a day or 2. Can you give him water or even watered down juice?

Here's what my doctor told me to do....
Day 1 - all pedialyte
Day 2 - 1/2 milk/formula and 1/2 pedialyte
Day 3 - 3/4 milk/formula and 1/4 pedialyte
Day 4 - full milk or formula.
