Are sandals bothering anyone else's feet?

On the weekends and after work, I live in flip flops. My feet have been bothering me alot lately- and I think its cuz the flip flops have no support.

Is this happening to anyone else? What are you wearing on your feet?

This started happening with my left heal. I felt as if I was walking on a rock all the time. I laid off sandals for a few days and it seemed to get a little better. I think it's a support issue.

Yeah, its more my heels that are bothering me more than anything else. I've always lived in flip flops during the summer, and this has never happened before!

I know for me, it's the extra weight that is contributing to it. I was heavy once before and had the same problem Chat Icon

I can only wear flip flops.

As a massage therapist... I know this is the worst. Not support. My muscles are taking a beating since they are trying to stablelize my ankles/feet when I walk. And, my ligaments are looser due to the pregnancy.

I wear Nike flip flops that are really cushy and have wonderful arch support!!!! They are also velcro, so I can change them when I get puffy!!! Chat Icon

I have the same problem. I am ok until I have been standing or walking for extended periods.
