Are all pregnany test created equal?

I just checked my calendar this morning and AF has been coming every 21 days like clockwork...I've NEVER been late on any period in my life...until now. That is if I go by my 21 day cycle. I took a test yesterday, but don't ask me how, but I think I may have messed up on it cause I was in a hurry and the ink stuff was all bloty.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew if all pregnancy tests were created equally or if there was one or two anyone preferred?

This friday will mark my 28th day which will mean I am a full week late if AF doesn't show. So I want to take another test to see, but I want to make sure I get a reliable test...

Thanks for anyones input in advance!!

Wish me luck!

Ditto. I hated the early-pregnancy-tests.com cheapo ones. They didn't tell me I was preggo until AFTER the digital told me. Chat Icon

That's good to know, I got a few of them for free when I bought Preseed from them - now I'll know not to put too much faith in the test Chat Icon

I was VERY frustrated with those tests. I was over 1 week late and I was still getting a negative on the early-pregnancy-tests.com tests. I decided to test with the FRER and it said positive! So then I bought a digital and it said "pregnant". I couldn't believe it because I had heard good reviews and they are supposed to be sensitive. I personally won't use them again.
