April Moms - are any of you getting any "regular" clothes for spring now?
I'm seeing some cute spring stuff coming out and I feel like if I wait for after the baby to get here, it will be all gone and only summer stuff will be out.
Anyone stocking up on some "regular" spring stuff now? When I had DD I wore my normal size pretty quickly so I am hoping it happens again....
Decisions, decisions....

I am. Even thoughg Ive gained almost 30 lbs already (and im only 29 wks) i still fit intomy topsand some of my pants with the bella band. I figure buying small clothes might motivate me to get my butt in gear.

No, not yet.
I have some stuff that will fit me after the baby is born.
And April is a crazy month, so it could still be 40 degrees and snowing, you know?

March mommy-nope. I want to lose some pre-pregnancy weight also before buying and if I need a few things, I would rather know they fit at that time. I think it will give me an excuse to leave the house!

I'm going to wait..April is a weird month- could be cold or warm..I am hoping my jeans will fit and I have leggings and stuff I can wear. I think most of my tops will fit.
PLUSSS- I'm all about sales. The longer you wait, the better sales you get! I got two macy's gift cards for CHristmas that I am saving for PP clothes!

March mommy crashing Nope, I am re-using all of my clothes from last year, I refuse to buy anything new until I've lost the baby weight from DD as well as from DS, who was born in 2008

Maybe I will get some new Maternity Spring stuff.

i;m going to wait for now. i'd rather be able to try on and maybe just get some essentials to get me by until I go back to work in the summer. by that point im hoping i have lost some of the weight and can get some cute summer stuff

no way! I gained 21 lbs with my first pregnancy and it took me so long to fit into my clothes. I lost the weight right way but my hips were wider and my chest was HUGE. I'll invest in some summer clothing when The time comes.

I am due in June and bought three summer dresses in two sizes (M and L) when pre-pregnancy I was wearing S or M. I figured one of either of the sizes should fit post-partum! I got them on a crazy clearance though otherwise I wouldn't have bought anything...they were orginally 80 bucks each and I got all 6 plus a tank top for $35 with shipping!

my honest opinon buy bigger than ur prepreg size i used to be a 6 and i wore a 10 up till october november i gave birth in aug now its feb and i back to a 6

no way- I figure April and May will be big transition months body wise- have no idea what size I'd even be! I'll just work with what I have. I won't be working until July, so I'm only concerned with finding comfy sweats and jeans to get me through my maternity leave!

Thanks!  When I had DD i was back in my regular size (not that I am proud of that size either) within 3 weeks (i gained 14 lbs). I'm 30 weeks now and have gained 2 so far so unless I really go ape sh!t between now and then, my weight gain should be just about the same.
