you probably just need to drink a little water so you have a full bladder for the sonogram. One small bottle should be ok-- I think for mine, they told me 20 oz.

hmmmm....they asked me if I had to pee before the exam......
the only thing I have to say is that I thought it was actually a little painful. they are going to press that sono thing into you so hard to see the baby. I even asked if it was supposed to hurt that much and the tech said yes. just be prepared - but of course it's totally worth it seeing your little one!

drink lots of water!! 20oz an hour before your exam. you need to have a full bladder so they can take measurements  good luck!!!
