Anyone's baby/toddler obsessed with YOUR hair?
DS will be 2 next month and is completely obsessed with my hair. It started when he was an infant. I thought it was so cute how he used to grab onto my hair to hold himself up. Then he used to twirl my hair while he had his bottle 
Well, fast forward a year and a half and he is STILL obsessed with my hair to the point where it is embarrassing when we are out places. He will grab a chunk of my hair and pull it so hard my head snaps, or he will just take his hand and rub it across my head so it messes up my hair. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to get him to nap or to sleep unless I am laying down next to him and he has his hand in my hair!
Today I had a horrible Mommy Moment. I was nursing DS #2 and DS #1 needed to nap. Well, he started in with his "Hair Hair Hair" and walked over to me on the couch. I said "No HAIR" firmly and laid him down on the couch (where he typically naps). Well he kept getting up repeatedly and putting his hand on my head. Well, I pushed him so hard to get him off my hair that he fell straight back onto the couch and started screaming.   I was just at my breaking point today.
He also wakes up multiple times during the night. He always starts off in his own bed (I have to sit or lay down next to him to get him to fall asleep), but he wakes up after an hour or two screaming "Hair Hair Hair"   .
Someone please offer me some suggestions... I am f-ing losing it.

id like some suggestions as well. ds is obsessed with my hair too.. i prob have bald spots throughout my head bc he twirls my hair around his sticky chubby hands every chance he gets

 I haven't gone through this but what about replacing your hair with a lovey or something else he can hold while falling alseep?

No suggestions, but I can empathize. My son is the same way -- he loves to wrap his fingers and grab my hair and he loves to do it when he falls asleep (he's 21 months). It drives me a little crazy, too. I feel like I need to find a doll with nice soft, long hair for him.

My ds is three months and he grabs my hair and stares at it all the time. I even like to mess with him and do something silly with it...he loves it lol.

My DS isn't dependent on it being mine, but he has always liked stroking/twirling my hair and still does at 4yrs old. But he will use his own hair if I'm not around.

My DS is 7 months and loves my hair! He usually gets a hold of the hair in the back of my head which hurts like a b.........!! And lately I have noticed that he grabs a hold of it when its nap time....uh oh!

my girls dont do it to fall asleep they just tug my hair whenever i am holding them or near them, my hair is back 24/7 that my scalp is starting to hurt, i am ready to chop it all off, i cant stand it
