Anyone who has had new construction
How long did it take for the inspection? When did your taxes kick in?

i dont' know how long for inspection because we worked with a builder who had a company but actual taxes took a full year to kick in. (because it is unknown at full value in new construction)

Same thing here...
Our inspection was done by so many people because it was new construction. It needed to be evaluated by everyone. We have only been there a few months, but still waiting for taxes to kick in.

The inspection was done within 30 days of the construction being completed and my taxes kicked in right away!
