anyone use the Zodiac spot on flea and tick control?

i came home today and my poor pups where going crazy bitting.. i took a look at them and they where covered in fleas I bought the hartz flea and tick ULTRA and had to reapply it with in a week and a half plus give flea dips. DO NOT USE IT!!!!!!!! i used up the supply i had and now they are suffering because of it. the weird thing is they are not around the house, i nor krys have bits on us. the cats have been fine.

so i tonight ran to path mark got more flea shampoo and grap the zodiac spot on. have you used it? feed back if any. THANKS

ETA: I would like to write them(hartz) and tell them how unhappy i am with thier company for the first time. should i?
