Anyone use a prescription for acne that is safe during pregnancy?

And more importantly- does it work?

I am thinking of going to the dermo because I'm tired of these constant break outs and the OTC stuff does NOTHING for me...but I just wonder if anything they can prescripe during pregnancy even works and is it worth it?

Anyone use anything from a dermo that is actually good?

I use clindamycin and finacea. My skin is not as great as it was with the Retin-A but it's pretty good for now.

I also go once a month for a facial, not a fun relaxing spa facial - a dermatologist painful one! lol
