Anyone take a class at M.A.T.S.S Kids' gym?

Or recommends something better..

My DD starts pre-K this fall

So I would like to do something with my VERY active 2.5 yr old (3yr old this Jan) while she is gone.

We went to a Gymboree type party this weekend...and he LOVED everything about it..he was running jumping sliding the whole time having a blast!!

I live near the malls (Roosevelt & Source) but would rather NOT do Gymboree...

Looking for more gymnastics and I need a mommy and me type place...he would not do well with me leaving just yet!

I notice M.A.T.S.S has a mommy and me weaning type class which I think would be perfect...so as he gets more comfy, I can Slowly be less and less involved!

I also see they have 2 locations Syosset and Belmore

Don't know of anything closer to me!

They have a nice both separation class (2.5) and mommy and me for under 3 (they also have 3-5 classes) at Hot Shots west in Mineola. Off Jericho Tpke. It is an hour. They do bouncers, some basics gymnastics etc. DD#1 took the 3-5 class but I saw the mommy and me before hers and it was really cute - had both boys and girls and the parents said that it was really fun. I was thinking I might do this with DD#2 this year.

Etd to add if you don't do the mommy and me the place has glass windows all around so you can sit or stand and watch your child - and they can see you which helped some of the kids feel more comfortable.
