Anyone run the Northport Great Cow Harbor 10K Race?
It was yesterday. I ran it in 55 minutes...I am thrilled with myself

Good For you. I have always wanted to do it when I was in my early 20's, but I dont have the time to train for it.

I used to do it every year...then I got fat and lazy so I don't hardly run anymore.
It's a great race and your time was awesome...less than 10 minute miles!!!!!!!
BTW, how did you like the James Street Hill? Is that killer or what?!

Oh my, that hill is incredible. I was never so out of breath but I made it up and then the rest was a piece of cake.
