Anyone know the TRU return policy?
I have some gifts that need to be returned/exchanged and I wonder how they are handling things without a receipt.
I have some that are marked "Toys R Us Exclusive" what about those too?

what if you need to exhcnage beacuse it dont work? can you do that with out a recipet?

nope!!! Even if its their product and broken - no receipt they will not even let you exchange it for the same exact item!!!
BUT if BRU carries it they will give you a credit for the lowest price in the last 30 days or let you exchange it without a receipt!
