for a weekly schedule of workouts for me!

I used one like this that I found online when I was training for the half marathon last may...

but now things have changed..

Last summer/fall - I found out I have a herniated disc (among other back issues) so I was seeing a chiropractor and now physical therapy and feel MUCH better these days...so I want to get back into working out ESP bec it has been since AUGUST Chat Icon Chat Icon since I did anything aerobic...not to mention the LBS have come back on because of this Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

So bec i cannot afford a physical trainer and my physical therapy is not going to last forever...I want a "PLAN" as to what to do each week...I dont want to over do it and take 10 steps back in my progress

maybe light aerobic (elliptical while it is cold) and then exercises to "strenghten my core" bec apparently that is what I need to work on to keep my back issues at bay!
