Are you sure you didnt accidently hit something to make it ring silent and are you sure you hit SPeaker phone? Sometimes I accidently hit speaker off - We have the same phones

nothing is off.
i think i messed something up.
i changed the cover and had to dissaemble and reassemble stuff

omg i fixed it! thank goodness.
lucky for me, i was smart enough to take pictures of it when i disasembled it.... so i went back and saw i put a piece back the wrong way.
whew!!!!!!
