From what I saw OUR PC do and I don't know if these are the requirements or just what she did...
obviously, coordinating communication between parents and teachers
arranging for translators during p/t conferences
applying for grants for programs which consequently led to...
weekend science activities for families at school
weekend art activities for families
Our PC was amazing. She worked so hard.
